Art Therapy Is for Everyone
Everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, to feel seen, and to connect with themselves in meaningful ways.
Art therapy offers exactly that — a space where creativity becomes a bridge between our inner world and the outer one, where expression isn’t about perfection but about presence.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people of all ages and walks of life. In recent years, my heart has led me to focus primarily on working with adults and youth. These are the seasons of life where so much shifts — identity, relationships, purpose, and self-understanding. I support clients navigating big life transitions, trauma, grief, loss, and the quiet, tender moments in between.
Whether we meet in my studio or virtually, I strive to create a space rooted in personal exploration, self-expression, curiosity, and compassion. As an art therapist, I don’t judge, offer advice, or tell you what to do. Instead, I gently guide your creative exploration and our conversations, holding space for you to uncover your own insights, answers, and next steps.
The studio becomes a space for empowerment — where you get to create, reflect, discover, and begin to reshape the stories you carry. I have the privilege of witnessing clients break free from limiting beliefs, gain new clarity, and gently step closer to their authentic selves.

Why Does Art Therapy Work?
Sometimes, words alone can’t hold the full weight of what we’re carrying.
Art therapy invites us to move beyond conversation and into creation — a space where emotions, thoughts, and experiences can be explored safely through colour, texture, image, and form.
Here’s how it helps:
🎨 It supports emotional regulation when words feel too sharp, too distant, or too tangled.
🎨 It offers permission to honour what’s showing up, without judgment.
🎨 It reveals what we might not notice if we only talk about it.
🎨 And through creative processes, it encourages meaningful action, builds confidence, and gently transforms the way we see ourselves and our experiences.
You don’t need to be an “artist” to benefit from art therapy — you simply need to be open to showing up for yourself, just as you are. 🌿
If you’ve been curious about how art therapy might support you, I’d love to connect. Whether you’re navigating a big life change, carrying a story that feels too heavy to name, or simply looking for a different way to be with yourself, this space is for you.
